Designed to bring warmth, reassurance and a touch of wonder, Mimo creates a cosy atmosphere wherever it’s placed—whether beside a bed, in a reading nook, along a hallway or in a child’s room.
Using the included self-adhesive wall hook, Mimo is easy to mount almost anywhere, creating the delightful illusion of a balloon resting gently on the wall, with no drilling or wiring required.
Simply pull the balloon string to switch the light on or off. Once illuminated, tap the soft balloon to cycle through three brightness levels, allowing you to create the perfect ambience for relaxing or winding down. Tap once more to switch the light off.
For bedtime, pull and hold the string for over three seconds to activate the 30-minute sleep timer. Mimo will softly illuminate the room before automatically switching itself off—perfect for helping children drift off to sleep, while also serving as a gentle night light for anyone who prefers not to fall asleep in complete darkness.

EU & Rest of The World Customer Order Delivery
Please note that we despatch all the EU customer orders (both B2B and B2C orders) from our European warehouse in Belgium. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the duty or custom hassles etc because of the Brexit.
Your order will usually get dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-4 working days within the EU or 4-7 working days for the rest of the world with standard delivery service. However, please allow longer delivery time to the Far East, Australia & New Zealand and South America. We will be in touch with you if we can see some delay of despatching your order if the item/s you ordered are currently out of stock or unavailable.

There is a flat shipping cost of €30.00 for any European Trade Order or US$65.00 for any trade order from the rest of the world.
Delivery usually takes about 3-5 days within Europe or 3-7 days for the rest of the world depending on your local delivery service.
There is a flat shipping cost of €10.00 for any public retail orders from Europe or US$25.00 for any public retail order from the rest of the world for standard delivery services.
We offer express delivery service by courier for customers in Europe for €30, and $40 for the rest of the world. Please select at checkout if you need express delivery service.
Cancellation and Returns
All of our products come with one year standard manufacturer warranty (any public b2c retail order made directly with us is entitled to 2 year warranty) We offer 14/30 days full refund policy. If you changed your mind, you can return it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days, you may request for a full refund or a new replacement.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and returned back to us within 30 days from time of delivery.
