Despatch & Delivery
We do our best to make prompt and efficient delivery on all orders. However, please pay attention to the below to help us do it better.
1. UK Delivery
Trade Order
1.1. There is a flat shipping cost of £7.50 (excl VAT) for any UK Trade Order.
1.2. You order can be usually dispatched within 1-2 working days when the items are in stock and we will let you know by email when your order has been dispatched. If the items you ordered are currently out of stock, then it may take us 2-4 weeks to dispatch your order. We should be in touch with you if any items you ordered are out of stock and ask if you wish to put these items in back order, so we can despatch all the rest to you as soon as possible.
1.3. Delivery time is usually within 1-2 days within the UK Mainland. If you require us to book a time for your delivery, please let us know when you place the order.
Public Retail Order
1.4. We offer free shipping for any public retail order from the U.K.
1.5. You order can be usually dispatched within 1-2 working days when the items are in stock. If the items you ordered are currently out of stock or it’s a pre-order item, then it may take us 2-4 weeks to dispatch your order and we will be in touch with you for such situation.
1.6. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days after despatch. If you need any express delivery service, please email us and make a note when you place your order.
2. Overseas Delivery
EU Customer Order Delivery
Please note that we despatch all the EU customer orders (either b2b or b2c) from our European warehouse in Belgium. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the duty or custom hassles etc because of the Brexit.
Trade Order
2.1. There is a flat shipping cost of €35.00 for any European Trade Order or US$65.00 for any trade order from the rest of the world.
2.2. Your order can be dispatched within 2-3 working days and we will let you know by email when your order has been dispatched. If the items you ordered are currently out of stock, then it may take us 2-4 weeks to dispatch your order and we will be in touch with you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time.
2.3. Delivery usually takes about 3-5 days within Europe or 3-7 days for the rest of the world. However, each country may vary, depending on your local delivery service and your actual location.
Public Retail Order
2.4. There is a flat shipping cost of €9.95 for any public retail orders from Europe or US$15.00 for any public retail order from the rest of the world.
2.5. Your order can be dispatched within 1-2 working days and we will let you know by email when your order has been dispatched. If the items you ordered are currently out of stock, then it may take us 2-4 weeks to dispatch your order and we will be in touch to let you know about the earliest possible delivery time.
2.6. Delivery usually takes about 3-5 days within the Europe or 3-7 days for the rest of the world. However, each country may be different sometimes, depending on your local delivery service and your actual location.
3. Other Delivery information
Most of the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in the UK; However, we may dispatch some orders from our other warehouses when necessary.
Cancellation and Returns
All of our products come with one year manufacturer warranty (any public retail order made directly with us is entitled to 2 year warranty) and 14/30 days full refund policy. If you changed your mind or think the goods are not suitable , you can return it back to us within 14 days and ask for a full refund. If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days, you may return it to us within 30 days and ask for a full refund or a brand new replacement.
1.1 During delivery the Buyer shall inspect the packaging for visible signs of transit damage before signing any delivery receipt document. In the event of visible signs of transit damage the Buyer must clearly sign the goods received as ‘damaged’ on the delivery receipt document before signing. The Buyer shall then notify the Seller within 24 hours.
1.2 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery if the Goods are transit damaged. Goods that are defective or do not comply with any part of the Contract, must be reported to the Seller within 7 days of delivery.
1.3 Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to collect the faulty Goods and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable).
1.4 Goods to be returned must be fully re-packaged and sealed in the original packaging format with filled in return form provided by the Seller.
1.5 Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to Buyer fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

1.8 Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and returned back to us within 30 days from time of delivery. In the case of a
product being faulty within 30 days, we shall pay for any return delivery charges if the purchase is made directly through Gingko.
1.9 Processing Returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 14 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you

2.0 Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before it’s been processed for delivery. To cancel your order after it’s been despatched to you, you will need to follow the returns procedure as stated above
